The Notice states that Plaintiff and Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC ("Defendant") have settled all claims in this matter and are in the process of completing the final settlement documents. ECF No. 8. The Notice further states that the parties expect to file the appropriate dismissal within the next sixty (60) days. Id. In light of the settlement and because Defendant has not appeared, Plaintiff is directed to submit a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice to Watson_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov and a courtesy copy to Trader_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov by 4/28/2023.To monitor the status of the dismissal, a Telephone Conference is scheduled for 5/12/2023 at 8:45 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader.
