A hearing on the Motion to Confirm is set for 6/9/2023 at 09:45 AM by Video Conference Hearing before JUDGE LESLIE E. KOBAYASHI. The briefing schedule for the Motion to Confirm will be as follows:-GNC's joint memorandum in opposition to the Motion to Confirm and motion to modify or vacate the final award shall be filed by May 4, 2023;-Plaintiffs' joint reply in support of the Motion to Confirm and memorandum in opposition to the motion to modify or vacate shall be filed by May 15, 2023; and -GNC's optional reply in support of the motion to modify or vacate may be filed by May 26, 2023.... The Motion for Hearing also requests that the Fed. R. Civ. P. 16 scheduling conference, which is currently set for May 15, 2023 before the magistrate judge, be vacated. [Motion for Hearing at 3.] GNC agrees that the scheduling conference is unnecessary. [GNC Position Statement at 3.] In light of the briefing schedule and hearing set above, this Court agrees that the scheduling conference is unnecessary.
