Filing 11 EO: On 6/5/2023, Plaintiff filed an [ECF #10 ] Application for Extension of Time within Which to Effectuate Service on John Doe Defendant and for Continuance of the Case Management Conference ("Application"). Plaintiff seeks to continue the telephonic Rule 16 scheduling conference from 6/26/2023 to at least 10/30/2023 and an extension of the deadline to serve Defendant the summons and Complaint from 7/17/2023 to 9/2/2023. The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the Application. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request to continue the telephonic Rule 16 scheduling conference, but DENIES Plaintiff's request for a continuance to at least 10/30/2023. Instead, the Rule 16 scheduling conference shall be continued from 6/26/2023 at 9:00 a.m. to 10/25/2023 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader.
