Petitioner alleges in the Supplement that the BOP has "taken away" her earned time credits in retaliation for filing this action. Petitioner also alleges that the BOP plans on transferring her to another prison. Respondent is DIRECTED to address, in addition to any other issues she deems appropriate, the arguments raised by Petitioner in the Supplement in the Answer that remains due on May 30, 2023. Petitioner may file an optional reply on or before June 13, 2023. In the meantime, the Court requests that the government consider not moving Petitioner to another prison while this matter remains pending, absent an imperative need-e.g., a medical issue that cannot be treated at FDC Honolulu.
