| Filing 8 EO: On 08/29/2023, the court granted Kilolo Kijakazi, Acting Commissioner of Social Security's ("Defendant") first request for an extension of time to file the Certified Administrative Record ("CAR"). ECF No. #7 . The court--having been informed by Defendant that the CAR will consist of nearly 6,000 pages, weigh around 60 pounds, and stand about three feet tall--will not require Defendant to comply with Local Rule 10.3.
