| Filing 18 EO: In this closed case, on September 9, 2023, Plaintiff Raj Patel filed (1) a motion to file documents under seal ("motion to seal"), and (2) a second motion for reconsideration ("second motion"). Dkt. Nos. #16 - #17 . Both motions are DENIED. The motion to seal is DENIED because Patel provides no pertinent reason for why any document in this case should be sealed. The second motion is DENIED not least because it is a carbon-copy of the motion to seal, which itself provides no reason for why the Court's Order dismissing this case should be reconsidered. Finally, in light of Patel's continued filings in this closed case, see also Dkt.
