NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree and stipulate as follows:1. The undersigned counsel for the Defendants accept service of the First Amended Complaint and summons on behalf of all Defendants. By agreeing to accept service of the First Amended Complaint, Defendants do not waive any rights, defenses, or arguments with the sole exception of arguments based on insufficient service of process.2. Defendants are not required to respond to the First Amended Complaint at this time in light of the pending remand proceedings in the related actions.3. The parties shall submit a status report to the Court or submit another stipulation and proposed order governing further proceedings within fourteen (14) days of the date that the pending remand motions in the related actions are resolved by this Court.4. The parties to this stipulation agree that the existence of this stipulation, the filing of this stipulation, the terms thereof, and the entry of any party into this stipulation shall not be used as evidence either in support of or against any argument or defense that the parties may later make or raise.
