Hafner is DIRECTED to submit a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis by a Prisoner that includes: (1) an affidavit of indigence; (2) a financial certificate and consent to collection of fees; and (3) a certificate (to be completed by the institution of incarceration). The complete application must also include a copy of Hafner's trust account balance statements for the six months preceding the commencement of this action. Failure to pay the filing fee or submit a complete application on or before April 11, 2024, may result in automatic dismissal of this suit without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); see also Olivares v. Marshall, 59 F.3d 109, 112 (9th Cir. 1995). The court will take no action on any pending or future filings in this action until Hafner pays the filing fee or is granted in forma pauperis status.
