| Filing 10 EO: On February 12, 2024, the Court entered an Order denying Plaintiff Theodore Haugland's application for leave to proceed without prepayment of fees or costs because Plaintiff had failed to show that he was unable to pay said fees or costs. Dkt. No. #9 . The Court, therefore, gave Plaintiff until February 26, 2024 to pay the filing fee for this case, warning that failure to timely pay the filing fee would "result in the automatic dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice." Id. at 4. As of this date, March 1, 2024, the filing fee has not been paid. As a result, pursuant to the February 12, 2024 Order, in light of Plaintiff's failure to pay the required filing fee, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
