| Filing 49 EO: Plaintiff improperly called into chambers for Judge Porter seeking some form of relief in this matter from chambers' staff. The Court also received two, unintelligible voice messages from Plaintiff on April 29, 2024. Plaintiff is cautioned to not contact Judge Porter or his staff directly by phone or via voice messages seeking relief or any other action in her case. It is improper and contrary to the Court's rules. Any request for relief from a deadline shall be made in writing and filed on the docket. From the call and voice messages, Plaintiff appears to request an extension of an upcoming deadline, although it is not clear which deadline Plaintiff seeks relief from. As set forth in the District Court's Order (ECF No. #41 ), Plaintiff's deadline to file an amended complaint and a new Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs is June 21, 2024. If Plaintiff does not wish to file a new Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs, she must pay the filing fee by that deadline. See District's Court's Order, ECF No. 41 at 11. This Court takes no action as to the June 21, 2024 deadline or any other deadline in the case based upon Plaintiff's calls and messages. | Filing 45 EO: COURT ORDER CONSTRUING PLAINTIFF'S DECLARATION AS A REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE AND DENYING THE REQUEST On April 22, 2024, pro se Plaintiff Victoria R. Korda (Plaintiff) filed a Declaration of Victoria Korda (Declaration), with several email messages attached. [Dkt. no. 42.] On April 23, 2024, Plaintiff filed additional documents that appear to be exhibits in support of the Declaration. [Dkt. no. 43.] While the intent of the Declaration is unclear, in it, Plaintiff states Victoria R Korda is seeking continuance. VK. Has overwelming [sic] Doctor Bills.... [Id. at PageID.1422.] The Court construes Delizo-Limas Declaration as a request for a continuance. However, it is unclear what Plaintiff wishes to continue, and there was no deadline the Court could have continued at the time Plaintiff filed the Declaration. Therefore, the Court DENIES the request for extension. Insofar as the Declaration requests other relief, such as Plaintiffs statement [p]lease Consider Waiving State of Hawaii, ET AL immunity, [id. at PageID.1421,] the request is DENIED. (JUDGE LESLIE E.
