Filing 11 EO: The Court has reviewed attorney Yaakov Saks' #10 Motion for Pro Hac Vice (Motion). An attorney is not eligible for pro hac vice status if the attorney "is regularly engaged in business, professional, or law-related activities in Hawaii." Local Rule 83.1(c)(2)(A). On the same day Mr. Saks filed his Motion, Mr. Saks filed another Motion for Pro Hac Vice in another case (Slade v. Experian Information Solutions, Inc. et al - Civil No. 24-241-DKW-WRP), and Mr. Saks has appeared pro hac vice in five other cases in the District of Hawaii in the past year. See Mot., ECF No. #10 at 3. If the Motion in this case and the motion in the Slade case are granted, Mr. Saks will have been granted pro hac vice status in this district seven times in the past year. Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS Mr. Saks to submit a supplemental filing no later than 6/18/2024.
