| Filing 8 EO: On 10/3/2025, pro se Plaintiff Graysen Gaine ("Plaintiff") initiated this action by filing [ECF #1 ] Complaint and [ECF #4 ] Application to Proceed in District Court Without Fees or Costs ("IFP"). The IFP was referred to the undersigned magistrate judge on 10/20/2025 and remains pending. On 10/6/2025, Plaintiff filed [ECF #6 ] Notice of Release of Any and All Further Claims ("Notice") which states in its entirety, "I Grasyen Gaine do hereby release any and all further claims in case # 1:25-cv-00423 SASP-RT[.]" ECF No. 6. On 10/15/2025, Plaintiff filed [ECF #7 ] Request to Open Case ("Request") which states in its entirety, "Dear Panel of Justices [sic], I humbly request that we open case 1:25-cv-00423 SASP-RT[.]" ECF No. 7. While Plaintiff's intentions for filing the foregoing remain unclear, the Court TAKES NO ACTION as to the Notice and Request. The Court will rule on the IFP by separate filing.
