MERIT REVIEW OPINION entered by Chief Judge James E. Shadid on 11/12/14. IT IS ORDERED that: 1) The Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915A. 2) The court will allow the Plaintiff one opportunity to amend his complaint to clarify his claim involving medical care at the Tazewell County Jail. The clerk of the court is to provide the Plaintiff with a blank complaint form to assist him. The Plaintiff must file his amended complaint on or before December 19, 2014. If the Plaintiff does not file his amended complaint by this deadline, or does not file the courts directions, his case will be dismissed. SEE FULL WRITTEN ORDER. 3) The clerk of the court is to reset the internal merit review deadline to January 2, 2015.(FDT, ilcd)
