IT IS ORDERED: Plaintiff Susan Gail Brown's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 9 ) is GRANTED in part, and the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Affirmance (Doc. 14 ) is DENI ED. The Court finds that substantial evidence did not support the finding that Brown was not disabled. Accordingly, the Court REVERSES the decision of the Commissioner, pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. §405(g). The Court remands the case for rehearing. CASE TERMINATED.
