Petitioners claims relating to prison conditions are not properly before the Court as part of a § 2241 Petition, and are therefore DISMISSED without prejudice. If Petitioner wishes t o proceed on his due process claim that relates to the2011 disciplinary hearing, he must file an Amended Petition by March 4, 2016. IfPetitioner fails to file an amended Petition, his due process claim will be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Fed eral Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Any amended Petition must stand on its own, as it will supersede and replace the current petition. Therefore, Petitioner must re-file any exhibits that he would like the Court to consider.
