The clerk is directed to attempt serv ice on the defendant pursuant to the standard procedures. Plaintiffs motion for counsel 5 is denied, with leave to renew upon demonstrating that he made attempts to hire his own counsel. Plaintiffs motion for leave to amend/correct complaint 6 , motion for leave to file supplemental complaint, motion for order to show cause and preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order 8 , and motions to inform the court [11, 13] are denied.(ED, ilcd)
