Filing 7 JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE. (FDS, ilcd) |
Filing 6 ORDER entered by Chief Judge James E. Shadid on 8/29/18. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that 1. This matter is dismissed with prejudice, and the Clerk is directed to close the case. 2. Watkins is sanctioned in the amount of $500. 3. Unless and until the $500 sanction is paid, Watkins is barred from filing further civil suits in this District in accordance with Support Sys. Intl v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185 (7th Cir. 1995), and any papers he submits will be returned unfiled. The filing bar imposed by this order applies to any post-judgment motion Watkins might try to file in any existing civil case. Montgomery v. Davis, 362 F.3d 956, 958 (7th Cir. 2004).
