TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 9/6/2018. Although it is not entirely clear whether Plaintiffs intend to file yet another class action suit or whether they intend to file a new Complaint, Plaintiff James D. Lewis' intention is of no consequence. As the Court explained in its September 4, 2018 Order, Plaintiff Lewis cannot act as a class representative, and he cannot proceed in forma pauperis in this case. Like the last two Complaints received from Plaintiff Lewis, this new one is nonsensical and fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Finally, Plaintiff still has not paid the required filing fee. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to amend complaint #5 is DENIED. (KE, ilcd)
