TEXT ONLY ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 11/20/2018. Plaintiff had filed an amended IFP petition, asserting that he had the funds to pay the $350 reduced fee but not enough to pay the $400 required of those who are not granted IFP status. On 10/2/18, the Court ordered that Plaintiff pay the $400 filing fee over a four-month period. Plaintiff files #11 , indicating that he has the entire $400, and asks that the Clerk debit the full amount now. #11 is GRANTED as the trust fund office at Plaintiffs place of incarceration is to debit the entire $400 filing fee from his prison account and remit to the Clerk. A copy of this order is to be sent to the prison trust fund office. Plaintiff files #9 , a motion for recruitment of pro bono counsel providing documentation that he has contacted two law offices which have declined the representation. The Court does not find that this adequate evidence of a good faith attempt by Plaintiff to secure counsel on his own. Pruitt v. Mote, 503 F.3d 647, 654-55 (7th Cir. 2007). #9 is DENIED with leave to renew with further documentation. (RK, ilcd)
