TEXT ORDER denying #11 Motion to allow attorney Kymberly Kochis to be admitted pro hoc vice and designated as lead trial counsel for the Defendants. Local Rule 83.5(F) provides that an attorney may only seek pro hoc vice admission "while his or her application for admission to practice in the Central District of Illinois is pending." Moreover, "the application must be submitted contemporaneously with the motion for leave." The motion does not indicate that Ms. Kochis either intends to seek admission in this District or that her application was submitted contemporaneously with the motion.
