June 20, 2019 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: GRANTING Petitioner's #7 Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply. On June 19, 2019, Petitioner filed his Motion requesting an additional 30 days to file his Reply to the Government's Response of his 2255 motion. In support of his Motion, Petitioner states that the federal prison in which he is currently housed has been on lock down for several days this month prohibiting him from access to the legal materials necessary to file an adequate reply. He also includes a signed memorandum from the facility itself supporting his statement. FINDING GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, the Court GRANTS Petitioner's Motion and allows him an additional 30 days, up to and including July 24, 2019, to file his Reply. Entered by Judge Michael M.
