TEXT ORDER: On July 30, 2019, Plaintiff filed a complaint, on behalf of her son, T.G., a minor. Rule 5.2(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides, "[u]nless the court orders otherwise, in an electronic or paper filing with the court that contains... the name of an individual known to be a minor... the filing may include only: (3) the minors initials[.]" In accordance with this Rule, Plaintiff is directed to file a new complaint using only the minors initials.
