TEXT ORDER: On July 30, 2019, Plaintiff filed a complaint, on behalf of her son, T.G., a minor. Rule 5.2(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides, "[u]nless the court orders otherwise, in an electronic or paper filing with the court that contains... the name of an individual known to be a minor... the filing may include only: (3) the minors initials[.]" In accordance with this Rule, Plaintiff is directed to file a new complaint using only the minors initials. The Clerk of Court is ordered to seal the existing complaint for the protection of the minor. Entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 7/31/2019. (JA, ilcd)
