TEXT ORDER: The caption of the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #3 now identifies the Rock Island Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. The allegations of the Amended Complaint include that the incident occurred on US Interstate 80 at or near milepost 34 in the Township of Annawan, County of Henry, State of Illinois (Doc. 3 at pg. 2). Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the Rock Island Division. See Local Rule 40.1(C) ("All complaints and subsequent filings in cases which arise from the following counties:... Henry... will be filed at ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS").
