The Complaint also alleges that the Plaintiff attempted to access the Defendant's website (she alleges the Defendant does not provide her with full and equal access to that website in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act) from her home in Rantoul, Illinois. Yet, the Plaintiff filed her Complaint in the Peoria Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. The Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the Urbana Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
