TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff filed a Motion to Strike Insufficient Service of Process #7 in which he states that service on Defendant L3Harris Technologies, Incorporated was in fact insufficient because he served the wrong registered agent for that Defendant. The Court construes the Motion as summons returned UNEXECUTED as to Defendant L3Harris Technologies, Incorporated and thus a request for alias summons to be issued to that Defendant. The request #7 is GRANTED. The Plaintiff is directed to contact the Clerk with the corrected information as to Defendant L3Harris Technologies, Incorporated so that the Clerk can prepare an alias summons. Once he receives the alias summons from the Clerk, the Plaintiff must serve it in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4.
