TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 12/18/2020. This case has been opened for purposes of making a record. On December 20, 2018, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals barred Plaintiff from filing any papers in any federal court in this Circuit, except for habeas and criminal cases, until Plaintiff has paid all outstanding fees and sanctions. Henderson v. Varga, Appeal No. 18-2413 (7th Cir.). Pursuant to that order, Plaintiff may petition the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to remove the bar after two years, which would be December 20, 2020. Plaintiff asserts that he may now file cases because the two years have passed, but the order by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals states only that the bar "may be reexamined." If Plaintiff seeks to lift the filing bar, Plaintiff must ask the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals for that relief. Further, even if the filing bar is lifted, Plaintiff is still barred from proceeding in forma pauperis unless Plaintiff is in imminent danger of serious physical injury.
