Petitioner has included a letter #2 in his filing informing the Court that he is leaving $6.00 on [his] inmate trust account for you to deduct [] from my account to pay the filing fee. Petitioner is informed that the Court has no mechanism to deduct the filing fee from his account; Petitioner is responsible for requesting that the money be sent to the Court to pay the filing fee. Petitioner is DIRECTED to pay the $5 filing fee on or before February 5, 2021, or the Court will dismiss the case without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee. (RES, ilcd)
