TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff has filed a Social Security Benefit Statement #4 which contains his social security number. The Clerk is directed to place Document #4 UNDER SEAL. The Plaintiff is reminded that he must comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as well as this Court's Local Rules. CDIL-LR 5.2(A) provides the modifications/redactions that must be made in papers filed with the Court. See also Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a) (providing, among other things, that only the last four digits of the individual's social security number may be included in a filing). Also, the Plaintiff did not indicate the reason for filing this document. The Plaintiff must refrain from sending random documents to the Court. Any motion should clearly state what action the Plaintiff is requesting from the Court. This prevents any confusion over the Plaintiff's intent on sending a document to the Court. Entered by Magistrate Judge Jonathan E. Hawley on 3/12/2021. (KZ) |
