TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 4/7/2021. On 3/10/2021, Magistrate Judge Hawley entered an order directing Plaintiff to either pay the applicable filing fee or move to proceed in forma pauperis on or before 3/31/2021. Plaintiff has taken neither action. This matter is therefore DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute.
