On April 30, 2021, Plaintiff filed this suit under 42 USC Section 1983, alleging a violation of his Constitutional rights. In filing this lawsuit, Plaintiff neither paid the required filing fee, nor did he move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. As of today, Plaintiff has not provided his current address as ordered by the Court. Local Rule 16.3(K) requires every pro se plaintiff to inform the Court of any change of address that occurs during the pendency of his case. Failure to comply with this Local Rule results in the dismissal of the case. Id. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Orders and with the Court's Local Rules, in that, he has not paid the required filing fee or moved to proceed IFP, and he has not kept the Court informed of his current address as ordered by the Court and as required by Local Rule 16.3(K).
