May 18, 2021 Opinion or Order TEXT ONLY ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a Motion #2 to Proceed in forma pauperis, but is not complete at appears to omit information which may be material to the Court's analysis of his request. Specifically, Plaintiff checks the box for "other sources" of income and lists "Friends, family" below the box, but does not identify the amount he received and will receive from them. Further, Plaintiff lists "rent" as a living expense but does not state the amount of that financial obligation. Plaintiff also lists "normal living expenses" but provides no further detail and no dollar amount. An accurate assessment of Plaintiff's financial condition cannot be had without Plaintiff providing a reasonably complete and accurate accounting of his income, expenses, and assets. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion #2 is DENIED with leave to refile within 14 days of this order. Entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 5/18/2020. (SJP) Modified on 5/19/2021 to correct typo (WG).
