The Civil Cover Sheet [1-1] attached to the Complaint indicates McDonough County as the Plaintiff's county of residence. McDonough County is within the Rock Island Division of this Court. See CDIL-LR 40.1(C). The Plaintiff is therefore directed to show cause by 9/10/2021 why this case should not be transferred to the Rock Island Division of the Central District of Illinois. See id.
