The caption of the Complaint identifies the Springfield Division, and the Complaint alleges the Plaintiff is a resident of the City of Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois, one Defendant is the City of Lincoln, and the other Defendants were at all times relevant police officers employed by the City of Lincoln. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the Springfield Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. See CDIL-LR 40.1(B) ("All complaints and subsequent filings in cases which arise from the following counties:... Logan... will be filed at SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS").
