In a Status Report #23 filed on 3/14/22, Plaintiff indicates that it has taken possession of the collateral property in question and that "[i]n light of this, Plaintiff withdraws as moot its Motion for an Order of Replevin (ECF No. 12)." The court notes that Plaintiff has actually filed two Motions for Return of Property, #11 and #14 . However, as those motions include identical lists of property to be returned, the court assumes that it is Plaintiff's intent to withdraw both motions as moot. The court therefore directs the clerk to MOOT Plaintiff's Motions #11 , #14 . (JMB)

The caption of the Complaint #1 does not identify the division in which this case is pending, and the statement of jurisdiction does not state the basis for filing in the division selected (Peoria).
