TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 2/11/2022. The clerk has received a letter from Kristian Allen asking the status of his pending case 21-1332 and also stating that he would like to file another complaint about the diet he is receiving, his ability to make a phone call, and the lack of credit for his time served in the Peoria County Jail. This case has been opened solely for record-keeping purposes. Plaintiff is currently incarcerated in the Stateville Correctional Center. A federal lawsuit about what is happening in the Stateville Correctional Center should be filed in the Northern District of Illinois. As to Plaintiff's lack of credit, that is a challenge to the length of Plaintiff's sentence which could only proceed in federal court as a habeas action after the exhaustion of state court remedies. The clerk is directed to close this case and send Plaintiff a copy of the docket sheet in case 21-cv-1332. (KB)
