March 15, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 3/15/2022. Plaintiff is required to disclose all of his assets to the Court if he wishes to proceed IFP. Therefore, he must complete an IFP form and indicate any money he has received including gifts from family or friends. Plaintiff must also indicate if he has any outside accounts. In addition, Plaintiff must provide a copy of his jail trust-fund account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2).
