March 24, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER GRANTING Plaintiff's #2 Petition to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. The Plaintiff's Motion was submitted under penalty of perjury and sufficiently demonstrates that the Plaintiff should be excused from paying the filing fee in this action. Plaintiff's Complaint does not go into detail regarding the merits of his claim, but Plaintiff has retained the services of an attorney and is seeking to review the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security on his application for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income benefits for lack of disability.
