Attorney Hirshman has filed a Notice of Compliance #3 in response to the Text Order entered 6/16/2022 advising that he does not represent Plaintiff in this matter and that Plaintiff is pro se. According to the IDOC's custody search website, Plaintiff is not in custody, having been paroled on 1/11/2022. Pursuant to this Court's Local Rules 11.1 and 16.3(K), Plaintiff MUST provide the Court with his current address and telephone number within 14 days from the date of this Order. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of this case, with prejudice, for failure to prosecute. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Attorney Hirshman is directed to provide a copy of this Text Order to Plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to set a merit review deadline for Plaintiff's complaint 30 days out.(SAG)
