TEXT ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT: On Wednesday September 7, 2022, this Court received a verified complaint bringing suit against the Governor of the State of Illinois, various state entities, and the Illinois School for the Deaf. A review of the Complaint indicates that all of the parties and a substantial portion of the relevant events occurred in the Springfield Division. There is not a readily discernible connection to the Peoria Division. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to transfer this case to the Springfield Division. Accordingly, this case and the corresponding hearings are reassigned to Judge Sue E. Myerscough and Magistrate Judge Karen L. McNaught for further proceedings. Entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 9/12/22. (FDS) |
