Further, inexplicably attached to the Complaint is a Motion to Withdraw prepared by Attorney Gougis for a different case. The Court is aware that Attorney Gougis is in the process of closing her practice, but this does not excuse compliance with the Federal Rules. Attorney Gougis is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE within 14 days on behalf of Plaintiff explaining why his Complaint should not be stricken pursuant to Rule 11(a). The Clerk is directed to email and mail a copy of this Order to Attorney Gougis. (EWL)
