TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff has again failed to file an amended complaint that adequately alleges the factual basis for this Court's jurisdiction. The Court has twice set a deadline for the Plaintiff to do so. See 3/3/2023 Order #3 and 3/23/2023 Text Order. The Court, yet again, extends the deadline for the Plaintiff to file an amended complaint, to 4/7/2023. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
