TEXT ONLY ORDER: Plaintiff has filed #7 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), asserting the right to refile by May 31, 2023 after which time the dismissal would be with prejudice. Plaintiff has a self-executing right to voluntarily dismiss without prejudice where, as here, Defendants have neither answered nor filed a motion for summary judgment. See Edwards-Brown v. Crete-Monee 201-U Sch. Dist., 491 Fed. Appx. 744, 746 (7th Cir. 2012). As Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), is self-executing, no court order is required. The Clerk is directed to close the case.
