TEXT ORDER Entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 6/26/2023. The Court GRANTS #3 Petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to Pay the Filing Fee for good cause as stated in the Motion. Petitioner's deadline to either to pay the filing fee or file a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis with a copy of institutional trust fund ledger is extended until July 24, 2023. If Petitioner fails to pay the required filing fee or file a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis by July 24, 2023, his Petition under 28 U.S.C. 2254 for Writ of Habeas #1 will be dismissed without prejudice by this Court. The Court presumes that Petitioner did not receive the Courts previous text order regarding the filing fee.
