IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:1) The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs' Complaint (Doc. #1 ) under 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a federal claim on which relief may be granted. 2) The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs leave to file an amended complaint within thirty days of the entry of this order. If Plaintiffs do not submit a collective amendment on or before the thirty-day deadline or their individual or collective revisions do not comply with the Court's guidance, the Court will dismiss the respective pleadings without prejudice.
