The Court provided Plaintiff an opportunity to file an amended complaint within 30 days of the Order. And, the Court informed Plaintiff that failure to file an amended complaint would result in dismissal of her case, with prejudice. #4 . As Plaintiff has failed to file an amended complaint, her lawsuit is hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk is directed to close this case. (TK)
