TEXT ORDER: The Notice of Removal #1 states that this case was commenced and is pending in the Circuit Court for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, Morgan County, Illinois. 28 U.S.C. 1446(a) states in relevant part: "A defendant or defendants desiring to remove any civil action from a State court shall file in the district court of the United States for the district and division within which such action is pending a notice of removal...." (emphasis added). Morgan County, Illinois is within the Springfield Division of this Court. See Civil LR 40.1(B). Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the Springfield Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Entered by Magistrate Judge Jonathan E.
