TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 7/23/2024. After Plaintiff filed his Complaint, the Court directed him to either pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis and attach trust fund ledgers for the last six months by July 18, 2024. The Court informed Plaintiff that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice. The Court's July 1, 2024, deadline has expired, but Plaintiff has not complied. Therefore, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's case for failing to comply with the Court's order. (KE)
