TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 12/4/2024. Plaintiff filed a Complaint #1 but neither paid the $405 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in formal pauperis ("IFP"). The Court granted Plaintiff an additional twenty-one days to pay the filing fee or file an IFP petition and informed Plaintiff that her case would be dismissed if Plaintiff failed to comply. The Court mailed Plaintiff its Order and forms to proceed IFP to Federal Correctional Institution Pekin, where Plaintiff remains incarcerated. However, Plaintiff has not complied nor sought an extension to comply before the deadline expired. Accordingly, Plaintiff's case is dismissed without prejudice. (KE)

Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
