TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 3/17/2025. On 2/19/2025 a Merit Review Order #7 was entered finding that Plaintiff failed to state a claim, and allowing Plaintiff 21 days to seek leave to amend. Plaintiff has now filed a Motion for Leave to Amend #8 which is DENIED. The pleading includes two hand-written pages along with a copy of the Merit Review Order #7 with markings on it. The two hand-written pages read as a commentary on the Court's order, and include argument as to why the Court should have found Plaintiff stated a claim.The Court will not accept piece-meal complaints, nor will the Court combine various documents on the docket to assemble an amended complaint on Plaintiff's behalf. Plaintiff is allowed until 3/31/2025 to file a motion for leave to amend, attaching the proposed amended complaint, if he intends to pursue this lawsuit. Any proposed amended complaint must stand on its own as a complete complaint. It should name each Defendant and should explain the facts as to each Defendant's actions or inactions that Plaintiff believes was a violation of his constitutional rights. Failure to move to amend will result in dismissal. (KE)

Sec 1915A, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to state a claim for relief. Plaintiff will be given an opportunity to file an amended complaint, within 21 days of entry of this Order, if he believes he can state a claim in good faith and consistent with the legal standards described in this Order. TEXT ORDER granting #3 Petition to Proceed In Forma Pauperis entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 2/12/2025. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $23.73. The agency having custody of Plaintiff is directed to forward the initial partial filing fee from Plaintiff`s account to the Clerk of Court within 30 days of this order. After payment of the initial partial filing fee (or immediately if no funds are available for that payment) the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month`s income credited to Plaintiff`s account to the Clerk of Court. Income includes all deposits from any source, including gifts. The agency having custody of the plaintiff shall forward these payments each time Plaintiff`s account exceeds $10, until the filing fee of $350 is paid in full. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff`s place of confinement, to the attention of the Trust Fund Office, and to Plaintiff. Prisoner Prepayment due by 3/14/2025. (KE)

TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 1/22/2025. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $405 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
