May 29, 2025 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 5/29/2025. On April 28, 2025, Plaintiff filed this case under 42 USC Section 1983, alleging a violation of his Constitutional rights. However, Plaintiff did not pay the required filing fee, nor did he move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, that same day, the Court entered an Order advising Plaintiff that he must either pay the filing, in fill, or he must move for IFP status before he may litigate this case. On May 8, 2025, the Court received, as undeliverable, that Order and other notices that the Court had sent to Plaintiff. That same day, the Court entered an Order giving Plaintiff fourteen (14) days to provide his current address to the Court, and the Court warned him that, if he did not do so, the Court would dismiss this case. The Court's May 8, 2025 Order was also returned as undeliverable. As of today, Plaintiff has not responded to the Court's Orders, nor has he complied with Local Rule 163.(K) that requires him to provide his current address, nor has he paid the filing fee. Local Rule 16.3(K) requires every pro se plaintiff to inform the Court of any change of address that occurs during the pendency of his case. Failure to comply with this Local Rule results in the dismissal of the case. Id. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Orders, and with the Court's Local Rules, in that, he has not kept the Court informed, in writing, of his current address. Plaintiff has also not paid the filing fee or moved for IFP status. As a result, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE based upon Plaintiff's failure to comply with Local Rule 16.3(K) and with the Court's Orders and based upon his failing to pay the filing fee. No judgment to enter. (KE)
